Design: To create or execute in an artistic or highly skilled manner.

Throughout my educational career, the last thing I would EVER have imagined is that I would someday grow up to be a graphic designer. No art skills (stick figures were pretty much the highlight of my youthful doodles), no interest in digital or any other form of design, certainly no “When I grow up I want to be a Graphic Designer!”

But here I sit today as a design and graphics entrepreneur who has been able to barely squeeze by on a thirst for knowledge (and a few boxes of mac and cheese).

This site is less of a “marketing” site than it is a site to explore my trials and tribulations in this digital world that has consumed far more hours than I would have liked it to, and that it still continues to do.

I like to think I am pretty good at this (to elaborate would be to self-inflate, and most everyone who knows me has already figured out that I like to do that) and that I might be anle to share a bit of knowledge with others interested in some of the same ideas, concepts, and twisted mentalities that I seem to be plagued with.

I don’t forsee a long in depth series of reviews, reports, explanation or any other form of exploration, more like a simplified version of one man’s interpretation of the world of marketing as it pertains to my life. Designs Simplified.
